转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)是一种具有广泛生物学功能的细胞因子。TGF-β1可能参与了介导免疫细胞数量和功能的异常而诱导免疫耐受,使乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染慢性化,但同时可能通过多种途径参与抑制HBV复制;TGF-β1促进肝纤维化发生,对肝癌发生起双向调节作用,同时参与肝衰竭的发生。
Transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) is a cytokine with a broad range of biological functions. TGF-β1 may be involved in the abnormal immune function induced by immune cells and the induction of immune tolerance, chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, but at the same time may be involved in the inhibition of HBV replication by a variety of pathways; TGF- Fibrosis occurs, a two-way regulatory role in the occurrence of liver cancer, while participating in the occurrence of liver failure.
