以2009年中国上市公司营业收入前1000家中的前50名与最后50名的100家公司作为样本,选择具有公司使命陈述的70家公司,分两组进行比较研究。通过分析使命陈述的包含要素得出以下结论:首先,总体而言中国上市公司使命陈述内容包含要素较少,对公司价值的陈述不具体,重视不够;其次,高绩效公司所包含要素显著多于低绩效公司,公司使命陈述所包含要素多少与公司财务绩效正相关,高绩效公司比低绩效公司对员工、自我认知和对生存、增长和盈利更加关注;再次,公司使命陈述中公司价值陈述越具体公司的绩效越高,高绩效公司更强调领导地位、多样性与团队协作;最后,高低绩效公司善意表达的目标受众个数有显著的不同,高绩效公司显著比低绩效公司更加关注员工。
Taking the first 50 and the last 50 100 companies out of the top 1000 in the revenue of Chinese listed companies in 2009 as samples, 70 companies with company mission statements were selected and compared in two groups. By analyzing the contained elements of the mission statement, we can draw the following conclusions: First of all, in general, the mission statement of listed companies in China contains less elements, the statement about the value of the company is not specific and does not pay enough attention to it. Second, the high-performance companies contain significantly more elements Low-performance companies, the number of elements contained in the company’s mission statement is positively related to the financial performance of the company, and the high-performance companies pay more attention to the employees, self-awareness and survival, growth and profit than the low-performance companies. Thirdly, the Company Value Statement The more specific company’s performance is higher, the high-performance company emphasizes leadership, diversity and teamwork. Finally, there are significant differences in the number of target audiences expressed by good-low-performance companies, and high-performance companies pay more attention to employees than low-performance companies .
