用“艺友制”培养幼教师资,是陶行知先生五十多年前首创的。早在1927年11月9日,晓庄师范燕子矶中心幼稚园成立时,迫于当时幼教师资奇缺,陶先生便物色了两位晓师女毕业生和燕子矶小学校长的夫人一起,跟晓庄师范的幼教指导员张宗麟、徐世璧两先生边工作,边学习,试行效果显著。自此陶先生“对于这种办法发生了极大的希望”,并确信“这种办法不仅是最有效力之教师培植法,而且是解除乡村教师寂寞和推广普及教育师资之重要
Using “art friend system” to train kindergarten teachers was initiated by Mr. Tao Xingzhi more than 50 years ago.
