本文探讨了海藻中多糖硫酸酯(sulfatedpolysaccharides,SPS)提取的工艺条件。对采用的两种工艺流程和不同粒度(20、40、60、80目)藻粉水煮法与酶提取法分别进行了分析对比,确定了60目的海藻粒度和水煮工艺提取SPS为获取海藻中SPS最大提取率的工艺条件,产率可达到3.10%,大于相关文献所报道的产率,且主要理化指标(硫酸根+多糖)含量大于50%。
This article explored the process conditions for the extraction of sulfated polysaccharides (SPS) from seaweeds. The two kinds of technological process and different particle size (20, 40, 60, 80 mesh) were compared and analyzed respectively by the method of boiling water and enzyme extraction, The maximum extraction rate of SPS in the process conditions, the yield can reach 3.10%, higher than the reported yield of the relevant literature, and the main physical and chemical indicators (sulfate + polysaccharide) content of more than 50%.
