本文报道一种新型的重原子微扰剂——环氧氯丙烷 ( ECH) ,在此重原子微扰下 ,建立了 β-环糊精诱导室温磷光法 ( β- CD- RTP)测定痕量溴代萘 ( Br N)的方法 ,结果令人满意。同时还在该体系中测定了溴代萘的 DTP寿命、猝灭常数、三元包合物的包接常数。实验结果证明 ,α- Br N/ECH/β- CD三分子包接配合物比β- Br N/ECH/β- CD三分子包接络合物包接更加有效 ,而且稳定性更强
In this paper, we report a new type of heavy atom perturbation agent, epichlorohydrin (ECH). Under this heavy atom perturbation, the β-cyclodextrin-induced room temperature phosphorescence method (β-CD-RTP) Brominated naphthalene (Br N) method, the results are satisfactory. At the same time, the DTP lifetimes, quenching constants, and inclusion constants of ternary inclusions of bromonaphthalene were also determined in this system. The experimental results show that α-Br N / ECH / β-CD tripartite inclusion complex is more effective than β-Br N / ECH / β-CD tripartite inclusion complex and more stable
