一、问题的提出我厂生产的大型铸铁件是指轮廓尺寸较大或壁较厚,或又大又厚的铸件。生产条件是:木模,粘土石英砂,手工造型制芯,干模浇注。生产的大件,在某些尺寸上大于模型或芯盒的对应尺寸。例如:缸体材质HT30-54,壁厚70mm,单重3吨,内腔用一个芯盒制成的整体芯,合箱时下入底箱,铸造工艺如图1所示。清理后发现铸件尺寸H比芯盒和泥芯高(见表1)。在造型合箱操作中曾采取以下措施:
