供水管道穿过江河湖泊的情况是很多的。而水下管道因种种原因(如管道自身的质量问题;航船的撞击;空管道在开始送水时水量过猛使管道振动;地震等)而发生破裂时,修复就比较困难。修复的方法通常是采用水下焊接法。但因水下操作困难;焊缝受水冷淬;焊缝深度、厚度达不到要求等原因,使焊接质量特别是焊缝强度难以保证。故管道通水试压后,往往在焊缝处再度破
There are many situations where water pipelines cross rivers and lakes. The underwater pipeline is difficult to repair due to various reasons (such as the quality of the pipeline itself; the collision of the ship; when the empty pipeline starts to send water, the water volume is too high to make the pipeline vibrate; earthquake, etc.) and the rupture occurs. The method of repair is usually by underwater welding. However, due to the difficulty of underwater operation, the weld seam is quenched by water, and the depth and thickness of the weld seam are not up to the requirements, which makes it difficult to ensure the welding quality, especially the weld seam strength.
