在全球经济危机的背景下,海外高层次人才引进计划(简称“千人计划”)的出台和实施使得我国的海外人才引进工作再次成为社会关注的热点。在这一计划如火如荼开展之际,认真总结我国留学人员回国工作的经验与不足,探讨创新我国留学人员回国工作机制,使该项工作更适应经济社会发展就成为我们应该认真思考和探索的话题。本期前沿观点栏目,特邀各位专家就此话题各抒己见。
In the context of the global economic crisis, the introduction and implementation of the Overseas High-level Talents Plan (hereinafter referred to as the “Thousand-Year Plan”) have made our country's overseas talent introduction once again a hot topic of social concern. While carrying out this project in full swing, we must earnestly sum up our experience and inadequacies in returning students to study in our country, discussing the mechanism for repatriation of returning students to study in our country so as to make this work more suitable to economic and social development and become a topic that we should seriously consider and explore.
