普通车床的单片机设计的目的是响应目前市场经济条件下机械加工行业朝高质量、高精度、高成品率、高效率发展的趋势,对普通车床的单片机控制设计改造,结合我国实际国情,经济型车床是我国从普通车床向智能车床发展的及其重要的台阶。利用现有的普通车床,对其进行智能化改造是一条低成本、高效益的途径。本篇论文主要介绍了CA6140型卧式普通车床,通过加入AT89C51型单片机、双向晶闸管接口,通过高低电平控制检测进行由电气控制到单片机控制的改造。
The purpose of single-chip microcomputer design of general lathe is to respond to the trend of high-quality, high-precision, high-yield and high-efficiency machining industry under the current market economy conditions, to design and revamp the control of ordinary lathe of single chip microcomputer, combine with our country’s actual conditions, Lathe is our country from the ordinary lathe to the development of intelligent lathes and its important step. The use of the existing ordinary lathe, its intelligent transformation is a low-cost, cost-effective way. This paper introduces the CA6140 horizontal lathe, by adding AT89C51-type microcontroller, two-way thyristor interface, through the detection of high and low level from the electrical control to SCM control transformation.
