本文简要叙述了东北地区地震烈度鉴定和烈度区划研究工作的十年进展,以海城7.3级地震为例论证了烈度鉴定的实际意义.通过近400项大、中、小型工程项目的烈度鉴定,阐明了地震烈度工作在为国民经济建设服务中的重要性.最后提出了加强队伍、完善手段,开展多种途径综合做好烈度鉴定,城市小区划及其震害预测的意见.
This paper briefly describes the ten-year progress of research on seismic intensity identification and intensity zoning in the northeastern area, and demonstrates the actual significance of intensity identification by taking the Haicheng MS 7.3 earthquake as an example. By the intensity identification of nearly 400 large, medium and small projects, The importance of the seismic intensity work in the construction of national economy is clarified, and the opinions of strengthening the team, improving the means and carrying out the comprehensive identification of the intensity of the earthquake, the zoning of small cities and the prediction of earthquake damage are put forward.
