眼的化学性烧伤是一种常见的眼科急症。据袁佳琴统计,化学性眼外伤占工业眼外伤的第3位,占眼外伤的10%左右。其中约17%为固体化学物质引起,31%为液体化学物质引起,52%为化学性烟雾所致。最常见的致伤物为酸性和碱性物质。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料我院自1999年9月至2000年9月共收治眼部化学性烧伤患者15例,其中男性14例,女性1例,年龄13～40岁。致伤物为浓氢氧化钠溶液3例,生石灰3例,水泥3例,刨花碱1例,有机磷农药(水胺硫磷与代森锰锌混悬
