重度肾积水是泌尿系梗阻造成的一种严重继发症状，在去除尿路梗阻病因的同时应对积水肾进行治疗，否则容易发生感染、结石，最终导致肾功能丧失。1989～1995年，我科采用肾折叠术治疗重度肾积水58例，疗效满意，现报告如下。1资料与方法1．1临床资料本组58例，男43例，女15例， Severe hydronephrosis is a serious urinary tract obstruction caused by secondary symptoms, in removing the cause of urinary tract obstruction, hydronephrosis should be treated at the same time, otherwise prone to infection, stones, eventually leading to loss of renal function. From 1989 to 1995, 58 cases of severe hydronephrosis were treated with renal fold surgery in our department, with satisfactory results.
