为了快速地进行洪水风险分析、准确地评估出流域存在的防洪问题,以汾河流域为例,采用二维G4洪水模型进行洪水淹没分析,绘制了相应的汾河流域洪水风险图,并在风险图的基础上,结合GIS空间分析功能建立了受灾损失模型,对研究区主要防洪工程进行了相应的受灾损失评价。结果表明,在现状堤防条件下,流域内城市防洪标准偏低;在规划堤防条件下,洪水淹没面积明显缩小,受灾人口和经济损失也显著减少。
In order to quickly carry out flood risk analysis and accurately assess the flood control problems existing in the drainage area, take Fenhe catchment as an example, the two-dimensional G4 flood model is used to analyze flood flooding, and the corresponding flood risk map of Fenhe River Basin is drawn. Based on the map, a disaster loss model is established based on the GIS spatial analysis function, and the corresponding disaster loss assessment is conducted on the main flood control projects in the study area. The results show that, under the condition of existing embankments, urban flood control standards in the basin are low; under the conditions of embankment planning, the flood inundation area is obviously reduced, and the population and economic losses are also significantly reduced.
