目的 :提高体育教育专业教学实习质量,培养适应社会发展的体育教师。方法 :2016年第1学期学生实习期间,调研20家实习单位,对35名实习指导教师和5名实习带队教师进行访谈,了解学生实习效果和存在的问题,随机访谈50名实习学生,总结实习心得体会,总结首都体育学院体育教学实习效果。结果 :教学实习对体育教育专业学生教学能力提高有着重要的作用,但体育教学实习存在以下问题:学生的理论知识能力有待提高,学生技能掌握广度、深度均与实际需求有差距,学生职业道德认知有所欠缺,已有课程与实际就业需求契合度不高,教学实习考核制度不符合课程教学规律。结论 :教学实习是体育教育专业学生教学理论与实践应用相结合的重要部分,在学生培养过程中有着重要的地位和作用。针对教学实习当前存在的问题,提出调整教学实习时间、调整副修专项课时、调整体育教育专业课程内容、完善实习考核制度等策略。。
Objective: To improve the quality of teaching practice in physical education major and to cultivate physical education teachers who adapt to social development. Methods: In the first semester of 2016, during internship, 20 internships were investigated, 35 internship tutors and 5 internship teachers were interviewed to understand the internship effect and existing problems. A total of 50 internship students were interviewed randomly to summarize Internship experience, summed up the PE Institute of Physical Education practice results. Results: The teaching practice plays an important role in improving the teaching ability of physical education majors. However, there are some problems in physical education teaching practice as follows: students ’ability of theoretical knowledge needs to be improved; the breadth and depth of students’ skills are different from actual needs; There is lack of knowledge, the existing curriculum and the actual employment needs of the fit is not high, teaching practice assessment system does not meet the teaching rules. Conclusion: Teaching practice is an important part of the combination of teaching theory and practice of students majoring in physical education, and plays an important role in the cultivation of students. According to the current problems in teaching practice, this paper puts forward some strategies such as adjusting the teaching practice time, adjusting the minor special courses, adjusting the curriculum content of physical education major, and improving the practice examination system. .
