目的完善蜜制紫菀饮片质量标准研究。方法以紫菀中祛痰止咳成分紫菀酮为对照品,建立薄层色谱法,并对10批不同商品地的蜜制紫菀饮片进行鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法对紫菀饮片中紫菀酮进行含量测定,同时对水分、灰分、酸不溶性灰分及浸出物的含量进行测定。结果 10批蜜制紫菀饮片在与紫菀酮相对应的薄层位置上显示出相同颜色的斑点,水分含量为4.74%~9.20%,灰分及酸不溶性灰分的含量分别为4.75%~7.84%和1.44%~3.74%,浸出物含量为48.71%~70.13%,紫菀酮的含量为0.12%~0.24%。结论该方法可用于紫菀蜜制饮片的定性及定量分析,为其质量标准的进一步研究提供了实验基础。
Objective To improve the quality standard of honey aster. Methods The purpuric and antitussive coumarin, purpurin, was used as reference substance to establish thin-layer chromatography, and 10 batches of honey aster were identified. High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of purpurin in Aster, and the content of moisture, ash, acid-insoluble ash and extract was determined. Results Ten batches of honey aster slices showed the same color spots on the thin layer corresponding to purpurin. The moisture content was 4.74% ~ 9.20%, the contents of ash and acid-insoluble ash were 4.75% ~ 7.84% and 1.44% % To 3.74%, extract content of 48.71% to 70.13%, purpurone content of 0.12% to 0.24%. Conclusion This method can be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Aster honey Pieces, which provide the experimental basis for further study of its quality standard.
