教师职业道德是教师在从事职业活动中应遵循的道德准则和行为规范。班主任是教师的一部分,由于他们肩负着更具体、更广泛的教育学生的责任,因而对班主任要有更高的职业道德要求。从班主任对社会的道德、对学生的道德、对自身的道德以及对教师集体与学生家长的道德这四方面加以阐述,得出班主任在工作实践中要严格要求自己,要不断加强职业道德修养。 Teachers’ professional ethics are the moral norms and codes of conduct that teachers should follow in engaging in professional activities. From the class teacher to the social morality, to the student morality, to own morality as well as to the teachers collective and the parents’ morality four aspects, draws the class teacher in the work practice must strictly require oneself, must strengthen the professional ethics accomplishment unceasingly.
