振兴民族的希望在教育,振兴教育的希望在教师。而培养中青年教师又是提高教师整体素质的重中之重。为此,我们咸阳市从1987年开始,以抓好中小学教学常规管理为基础,以研究青年教师过“三关(教学入门关、教材研究关、教学水平达标关)”为突破口,以各级各类赛教为依托,在对青年教师培养提高这项基础性工程中,做了许多有益的探索,取得了初步的成效。 一、抓好部署是教师培训工程的保证 认真部署,全面规划,实现教师资源的最佳配置是加强教师队伍建设的重大工程,是落实“两全”
