运用文献资料、逻辑分析和比较研究等方法,对近20年来中长跑技术与训练理论的创新成果进行总结论述,包括:“速度训练为核心”的训练指导思想,建立“多课次”的训练结构,“速度节奏化”理念,“以短促长”和“以长补短”的训练观念,“三氧”综合训练法,传统恢复与中草药恢复结合的恢复理论等。以及通过对中长跑技术与训练理论变化而出现的新成果、新特点进行简要分析,揭示出中长跑运动技术与训练理论创新成果在促进中长跑运动成绩提高方面的重要作用。
Using the methods of literature, logic analysis and comparative study, this article summarizes the innovations of the theory and practice of middle and long distance running in the past 20 years, including the training guideline of “speed training as the core” and the establishment of “ ”Training structure, “ rhythm of speed ”concept, “ short ”and “ long-short ”training concept, “ triple oxygen ”comprehensive training method, the traditional recovery and recovery of Chinese herbal medicine Combined with recovery theory. Through the brief analysis of the new achievements and new characteristics of the middle-long-distance running technique and training theory, it reveals that the innovation of middle-long-distance running technique and training theory plays an important role in promoting the performance of middle and long-distance races.
