民用建筑的基础功能和主要作用,是为人们提供生活和活动的场所,民用建筑的发展代表了社会文明的进步,关系到广大人民群众的切实利益。在城市化建设进程不断推进的背景下,原有民用建筑已经难以适应实际发展,在一定程度上影响了城市的可持续发展,加快民用建筑改造已经迫在眉睫。文章从民用建筑改造设计流程入手,总结了相应的改造设计原则,并对改造设计要点进行了分析,起到了指导和借鉴作用。
The basic functions and main functions of civil buildings are places for people to provide life and activities. The development of civil buildings represents the progress of social civilization and the practical interests of the broad masses of the people. Under the background of the progress of urbanization, the existing civil buildings have been difficult to adapt to the actual development, which has affected the sustainable development of cities to a certain extent and it is imminent to speed up the civil construction. Beginning with the civil engineering design process, the article summarizes the corresponding design principle of transformation and analyzes the key points of transformation design, which plays a guiding and reference role.
