甲状旁腺激素(Parathyroidhormone,PTH)是调节钙磷代谢,维持机体钙平衡的主要激素,其外周代谢主要在肾脏、骨及肝脏中进行,并直接作用于骨和肾,靶细胞为成骨细胞及肾小管细胞。成骨细胞膜上有PTH受体能结合PTH1-84和PTH1-34两片段,目前认为骨对PTH1-34优先摄取并及时作出反应。
