本实验结果初步表明:黄芪、白山云芝注射液对烧伤后大白兔的中性白细胞吞噬及杀菌功能的回升有作用,伤后第一周给药组动物的白细胞吞噬、杀菌功能开始回升,第二周达到高峰,第三周停药后仍继续回升,超过伤前值,与对照组比较统计学上均有显著意义。
The results of this experiment indicate initially that Huangqi and Baishan Yunzhi injections have an effect on the recovery of neutrophil phagocytosis and bactericidal function of burned white rabbits, and the leukocyte phagocytosis and bactericidal functions of animals in the first week after the injury began to rebound. The peak reached in two weeks and continued to rise after the third week of drug withdrawal. It exceeded the pre-injury value and was statistically significant compared with the control group.
