2006年7月教育部“以园为本教研制度建设”项目正式启动,我园非常荣幸地成为该项目的实验园之一。制度是成员日常活动的规则。在教研组制度建设中,要考虑如何让制度内化为教师个体的文化,从而凝聚成群体文化,并外化为幼儿园文化。为此,我们选择教研组文化建设这一载体,加强制度建设,开展语言教学活动,围绕“服务教学,促进教师专业化发展”这一中心,打造幼儿园文化的共同体,实现幼儿园管理重心的下移。一、完善制度建设1.通过加强教师与课程、教师与
In July 2006, the Ministry of Education launched the “Garden-based Teaching and Research System” project, which is very honored to be one of the experimental parks for the project.
