本文围绕“快乐工作,健康生活”理念进行延伸性地拓展和创意为主要研究和实践,通过扬长避短地借鉴国内外企业导入员工心理援助计划(EAP)经验和效益,从精神和物质两个要素层面导入心理管理,并以此作为思想政治工作重要的辅助手段而进行创新性的探索和实践,力求务实有效地构建有益于企业组织和员工个体身心健康和谐发展的“精神支持疗法”机制,以此推动健康员工、快乐团队、幸福组织建设。
This article focuses on the concept of “Happy Work, Healthy Living” to extend and develop as the main research and practice. By learning from the experiences and benefits of domestic and foreign enterprises in introducing Employee Psychological Assistance Program (EAP) And then use it as an important aid for ideological and political work to conduct innovative exploration and practice so as to effectively and pragmatically build a spiritual supportive therapy that is conducive to the harmonious development of the individual body and mind as well as the individual and the individual in business organizations and employees.
