泰州建市以来,随着社会经济的发展,农民收入经历了低速徘徊后实现较快增长,到2009年我市农民人均纯收入突破省定全面小康指标标准,提前一年实现农村全面小康目标。下一步就是实现基本现代化和六年倍增计划的目标。本文将立足城乡统筹发展,借助城乡统筹发展对全市工业化、城镇化和农业现代化的推动,抓住城乡统筹发展给农民增收带来的重要机遇,探讨城乡统筹发展对泰州市农民增收带来的影响。
Since the establishment of Taizhou City, with the social and economic development, the peasants’ income has experienced rapid growth after hovering at a low speed. By 2009, the per capita net income of peasants in our city has exceeded the provincial standard for overall well-to-do, and the goal of realizing a well-to-do society in rural areas a year ahead of schedule. The next step is to achieve the goals of basic modernization and six-year multiplication. This article will base on the overall development of urban and rural areas, take advantage of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas to promote the city’s industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, seize the important opportunity brought by urban and rural development to increase farmers ’incomes and explore the impact of urban and rural development on farmers’ incomes in Taizhou .
