一、前言 强烈的地震往往使较大区域内的建筑物受到危害。因此,在任何地区设计各类建筑物,都必须根据该场地可能遭受多强的地震采取相应的防震措施。 随着工程建设的规模愈来愈大,范围愈来愈广,地震危险性评价的社会要求也就显得日趋迫切。国内外已有不少专家、学者作过这方面的研究工作,并陆续提出了构造分析评价法(1949)、地震统计预报法(Lomnitz-1966)和经验公式估算法(Mark,1977);M.Wyss,1979),而本文试图从能量角的度探讨应力与孕震能力间的关系,从而为地震危险性评价提供定量依据。
I. INTRODUCTION Strong earthquakes tend to jeopardize buildings in larger areas. Therefore, in any area of the design of various types of buildings, the site must be based on how strong the earthquake to take appropriate anti-shock measures. With the increasing scale of construction and the widening of the scope of the project, the social requirements of earthquake risk assessment become more and more urgent. Many experts and scholars at home and abroad have done research work in this field and successively put forward structural analysis and evaluation method (1949), earthquake statistical forecast method (Lomnitz-1966) and empirical formula estimation method (Mark, 1977); M .Wyss, 1979). However, this paper attempts to explore the relationship between stress and seismogenic capacity from the angle of energy angle, which provides a quantitative basis for the seismic hazard assessment.
