随着我国现阶段经济的飞速增长,企业得到了飞速的发展,在不同的国家当中对于企业的规模是具有不同的规模差异的,对当地的经济社会发展都起到了相当重要的作用。在我国当中,政府部门也出台了相对应的对策以及相关的促使来对企业的不断发展起到了一定的推动作用。现代化的发展当中,需要充分的对自身企业的特点进行充分的研究,对自身企业在融资当中经常发生的困境进行全面的了解,最终采取相关的措施来进行推动企业的不断发展。在本文当中,主要在现代化的经济基础之上,对企业的不断大战进行了企业动产担保融资法律问题的相关研究,在本文当中分为四个部分进行了分析和研究。在第一部分当中对我国的企业进行了问题的概述,其中更包括我国关于企业的界定。在第二部分当中对于我国的企业的融资现状进行了概念性的分析,其中从各方面的担保形式当中对我国的企业的融资担保形式做出了分析;在第三个部分当中,针对我国的企业当中出现的动产抵押融资现象进行了分析和研究,对于我国现阶段当中的动产抵押融资做出了全方位的了解和概述;最后在我国现阶段的经济基础上提出了完善我国企业的动产担保融资法律建设的相关制度和措施,保证了其经济的不断发展。
With the rapid economic growth in our country at this stage, the enterprises have enjoyed rapid development. In different countries, the scale of the enterprises varies in scale, and plays a very important role in the economic and social development of the region. In our country, the government departments also introduced the corresponding countermeasures and the related impetus to the continuous development of the enterprises played a certain role in promoting. In the course of its modernization, it is necessary to fully study the characteristics of its own enterprises, fully understand the plight of its own enterprises frequently encountered in financing, and finally take relevant measures to promote the continuous development of enterprises. In this paper, mainly on the basis of modern economy, the study of corporate legal issues related to movable assets in the ongoing war on enterprises, in this paper, divided into four parts were analyzed and studied. In the first part, it gives an overview of the problems of our country’s enterprises, including the definition of enterprises in our country. In the second part, we make a conceptual analysis of the financing status of our country’s enterprises. Among them, we analyze the forms of financing guarantee in our country from various forms of guarantee. In the third part, The phenomenon of movable property mortgage financing appeared in the enterprises has been analyzed and researched, and a comprehensive understanding and overview of the movable property mortgage financing in the current stage of our country has been made. Lastly, on the basis of the current stage in our country, The relevant systems and measures for the construction of financing laws ensure the continuous development of their economy.
