1.2012年6月28日国务院令第622号公布2.自2012年8月1日起施行第一章总则第一条为了创造无障碍环境,保障残疾人等社会成员平等参与社会生活,制定本条例。第二条本条例所称无障碍环境建设,是指为便于残疾人等社会成员自主安全地通行道路、出入相关建筑物、搭乘公共交通工具、交流信息、获得社区服务所进行的建设活动。
1. Notice of the State Council Decree No. 622 issued on June 28, 2012 2. Implementation as of August 1, 2012 Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 This Ordinance is enacted to create an environment free of obstruction and to ensure equal participation of members of society such as persons with disabilities in social life . Article 2 The construction of barrier-free environment as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the construction activities carried out by social members such as persons with disabilities to facilitate their own and safe passage of roads, access to relevant buildings, take public transport, exchange information and obtain community services.
