采用组织培养技术,在金鱼草生长至第四或第五节位时取茎尖作为外植体,探讨不同激素对金鱼草快繁及叶序发育的影响。结果表明:(1)配方为MS+1 mg·L-16-BA+0.1 mg·L-1NAA的增殖培养基能诱导出大量丛生芽;(2)在不添加激素的1/2MS培养基上,蔗糖浓度为20 g·L-1时,丛生芽的根系质量最好;(3)外源激素可以调控金鱼草对生叶原基转换为互生叶原基。
Using tissue culture technique, shoot tips were used as explants in the growth of snapdragon to the fourth or fifth node to explore the effects of different hormones on snap propagation and leaf development of snapdragon. The results showed that: (1) A large number of clusters of shoots were induced in proliferation medium with MS + 1 mg · L-16-BA + 0.1 mg · L-1 NAA; (2) On 1/2 MS medium without hormone , And the sucrose concentration of 20 g · L-1, the roots of cluster buds had the best quality. (3) Exogenous hormones could regulate the conversion of leaf primordia to the leaf primordium.
