First, the promulgation of the “Securities Law” is an important milestone in the development of the securities market in our country and also marks a new stage in our country’s securities market governing the city by law. The Securities Law consists of 12 chapters and 214 articles. The promulgation of the “Securities Law” plays a fundamental role in the securities market and is a new starting point for the new securities market in China toward standardized management. The Securities Law establishes the general framework of the normative securities market, standardizes the order of the securities market, and reflects the rules of the securities market established by the Securities Law on the development of the securities market in our country.
