“建筑用低合金高强度钢筋(钢丝) 研制”是国家科委和冶金部共同下达的“六五”科技攻关课题,包括“42公斤级可焊接钢筋研制”、“高强度精轧螺纹钢筋研制”,“低松弛预应力钢丝和镀锌预应力钢丝研制”和“高速大运量铁路轨枕用135/150公斤级热处理钢筋研制”等四个专题。鉴定转产会由冶金部主持,有各地生产企业、研究院所、高等院校、使用部门等56个单位共109人参加。会议在听取了各专题试验研究结果的总结汇报后,对四个专题分别进行了认真的审查和评议。代表们认为:四个专题所研制的新品种钢材是按照先进国家同类产品的先进生产工艺和产品性能作为攻关目标的,
“Development of low-alloy high-strength steel (steel wire) for construction” is a “Sixth Five-Year” scientific and technological research project jointly issued by the State Science and Technology Commission and the Ministry of Metallurgy, including “Development of 42 kg Grade Weldable Steel Bar” and “Development of High Strength Finished Rolled Steel Bar”. ”, “Development of low relaxation prestressed steel wire and galvanized prestressed steel wire” and “Development of 135/150 kg heat-treated steel rebar for high-speed and large-capacity railway sleepers” and other four topics. The identification and transfer of production will be chaired by the Ministry of Metallurgy. A total of 109 people from 56 enterprises, including local production companies, institutes, institutions of higher learning, and departments of use, will participate in the transfer. After listening to the summary report of the results of the research of each special topic, the meeting carefully reviewed and commented on each of the four topics. Delegates believe that the new steel products developed by the four special topics are targeted at the advanced production processes and product performance of similar products in advanced countries.
