浮选槽矿浆液位、搅拌电机转速、充气量、矿浆温度是选矿工艺过程控制的几项重要参数。为了配合国家“七五”攻关项目PF—8浮选机的研制和试验,充分发挥该设备的优良性能,我们开发了这套计算机自动控制系统。 一、计算机系统硬件配置 本系统选用国产STD5000系列工业控制机。STD总线是目前世界上工业微机的主流总线,具有抗干扰能力强、硬件结构模块化、标准化等特点,广泛应用于各种工业现场的自动检测和自动控制。 如图1所示,整个系统由7块微机模板、CRT图形显示器、键盘、打印机等组成。其中: 1.5801板是一块多功能的8088 CPU模板,字长16位,2.5MHz时钟。板上带有1个并行打印机接口,用于联接打印机;1个RS 232串行通
