测定12名无龋及14名有龋儿童在无刺激条件下全唾液形成的人工获得性膜中蛋白质、脂质及磷脂含量,并测定脂质对获膜H+通透能力的影响。结果:无龋组及有龋组人工获膜中,蛋白质、脂质含量无明显差异,无龋组获膜磷脂含量显著低于有龋组。两组获膜均有阻碍H+通透作用,无龋组获膜阻碍H+通透的作用较大。非变性条件下使两组获膜脱脂后,它们阻碍H+通透的作用均明显下降。提示:获膜脂质可保护牙面,免受致龋酸的脱矿作用。此保护作用与其组份,尤其是其蛋白质、糖蛋白的作用有关。
The content of protein, lipid and phospholipid in artificially obtained membranes of 12 carious and caries-free children under non-stimulated conditions were measured and the influence of lipid on H + permeability was also determined. Results: In the caries-free group and caries-free group, there was no significant difference in the content of protein and lipid between the two groups. The content of phospholipid in caries-free group was significantly lower than that in caries-free group. Both groups were obstructed by membrane H + permeability, caries-free group of membranes hinder the role of H + permeability greater. Under the non-denaturing conditions, the two groups of membrane degreasing, they hinder the role of H + permeability were significantly decreased. Tip: Obtaining membrane lipids protects the tooth surface from demineralization of the cariogenic acid. This protective effect and its components, especially its protein, glycoprotein role.
