目的观察金喉健喷雾剂联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法将该科2012年11月—2013年12月确诊为疱疹性口腔炎的92例患儿随机分为观察组及对照组各46例,二组均给予利巴韦林治疗,同时给予多种维生素的补充及对症治疗。观察组同时加用金喉健喷雾剂喷患处,2喷/次,3次/d。5d为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后比效二组疗效。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金喉健喷雾剂联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of jianjian spray combined with ribavirin in the treatment of pediatric herpetic stomatitis. Methods 92 cases diagnosed as herpetic stomatitis from November 2012 to December 2013 in this department were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 46 cases in each group. Ribavirin was given to both groups, Vitamin supplements and symptomatic treatment. Observation group also added Golden Throat Kin spray spray the affected area, 2 spray / time, 3 times / d. 5d for a course of treatment, after a course of treatment than the effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Golden laryngeal spray combined with ribavirin treatment of children with herpes stomatitis better curative effect, worthy of clinical application.
