随着电子商务的普及,网络购物已经成为人们生活的重要组成部分,网购需要物流的支撑,这极大的促进了物流行业的发展。但目前我国物流体系还相对落后,无法满足电商飞速发展的需求。尤其是“最后一公里”物流配送的不当处理导致派件失败和“二次配送”等问题,带来了巨大的配送成本,导致配送效率的低下,降低了客户体验。本文对“最后一公里”物流配送现状分析的基础上,进行了各物流配送合作模式的优劣势分析,提出了针对于不同电商客户群体分类的综合业务配送方案。
With the popularity of e-commerce, online shopping has become an important part of people’s lives, online shopping needs the support of logistics, which greatly promoted the development of the logistics industry. However, China’s logistics system is still relatively backward, unable to meet the rapid development of electricity supplier needs. In particular, the “last mile” improper handling of logistics and distribution led to the failure and the “secondary delivery” and other issues, bringing a huge cost of delivery, resulting in lower delivery efficiency, reducing the customer experience. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the “last mile” logistics distribution, this paper analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of each mode of logistics and distribution cooperation and puts forward the integrated service delivery scheme for different e-commerce customer groups.
