中国和比利时荷语区普通高中毕业生必须达到的外语教学目标的相同之处如下:内容目标均涉及语言知识、语言技能、学习策略、情感态度等因素,都对听说读写提出了较多的要求,均是按照结果性目标描述的,都以学生为中心,对语言能力的框架构成有相同的观点。两国外语教学目标的差异主要体现在以下方面:1)内容目标的主线不同;2)在四大技能培养顺序表述上有差异;3)要求达到的水平存在较大的差异;4)在知识、技能、语篇语体、策略等方面也有差异。
The similarities between the objectives of foreign language teaching that ordinary high school graduates in China and the Belgian-Dutch language region must meet are as follows: The content goals involve many factors such as language knowledge, language skills, learning strategies and emotional attitudes, Are described in terms of outcome goals, are student-centered and have the same view of the language competency framework. Differences in the goals of foreign language teaching between the two countries are mainly reflected in the following aspects: 1) different main lines of content goals; 2) differences in the order of cultivation of the four major skills; 3) significant differences in required levels; 4) , Skills, discourse style, strategy and other aspects are also different.
