(A) The development of very large scale integrated circuit technology may lead to a new leap in computer technology. Large, large-scale integrated circuit technology has a tremendous impact on the rapid development of micro-computer, its progress is to further improve the performance of micro-computer foundation, but also dominate its development trend. Table 5ab shows a process that is widely used in microcomputers and promising for improving microcomputer performance. The current micro-computer, from the large-scale integrated circuits used, can be divided into two categories: MOS and bipolar. MOS large scale integrated circuits have the advantages of high integration, simple process, but its speed is low; and bipolar
