甲亢患者妊娠约占孕妇中0.2～4％。甲亢性心脏病(简称甲亢心)患者妊娠则罕见。但也有报告在妊娠后才诊断出甲亢的患者中,甲亢心可达5～20％。及时的诊断和治疗对母婴都非常重要。本文拟就其特殊性讨论如下。 Hyperthyroidism in pregnant women accounts for about 0.2 to 4% of pregnant women. Hyperthyroid heart disease (referred to as hyperthyroid heart) in patients with pregnancy is rare. But there are also reports of hyperthyroidism patients diagnosed after pregnancy, hyperthyroidism up to 5 ~ 20%. Timely diagnosis and treatment are very important for both mother and child. This article intends to discuss its particularity as follows.
