目的 观察经UV C照射诱导的体外凋亡动脉中膜平滑肌细胞 (SMC)内游离Ca2 +浓度的变化。方法 应用粘附细胞分析及筛选激光细胞仪观察凋亡SMC内Ca2 +浓度的变化。结果 UV C照射可诱导SMC发生凋亡 ,UV C动态照射 1 0min引起凋亡细胞浆内Ca2 +浓度的快速升高 ;并引起照射后不同时期胞浆中Ca2 +浓度的持续升高。结论 Ca2 +浓度升高可能是参与UV C诱导的SMC凋亡信号传递过程中的重要因素之一。
Objective To observe the changes of intracellular Ca2 + concentration in apoptotic articular medium smooth muscle cells (SMC) induced by UV C irradiation. Methods The changes of Ca2 + concentration in apoptotic SMCs were observed by adherent cells analysis and laser scanning cytometer. Results UVC irradiation could induce apoptosis in SMC. The dynamic increase of Ca2 + concentration in cytoplasm of the apoptotic cells caused by UV C irradiation for 10 min resulted in the rapid increase of Ca2 + concentration in cytoplasm. Conclusion The increase of Ca2 + concentration may be one of the important factors in the signal transduction of SMC induced by UV-C.
