在各项运动中,速度是最重要的身体素质之一。在各种速度中,人体的位移速度是它的主要表现形式。实践证明在对高三体育考生的训练中,要想短时间内提高他们的位移速度是比较困难的事。因为刚参加训练的学生在快速跑中,腿部力量不足,髋关节不能积极前送,正确的动力定型没有形成,最容易出现后蹬与摆动腿之间的夹角小,动作拉不开,限制了动作的幅度,加之肌肉快速收缩感觉差影响了动作的频率。传统的各种快速跑的方法单一,且不易激发学生的练习积极性,常常收效甚微,学生的成绩不尽人意。笔者在多年快速跑训练实践中总结出了一套以弓箭步和高抬腿为主的辅助训练方法,再结合各种快速跑的训练,效果颇佳,现介绍如下。
