华国栋在《差异教学论》中指出,要在班集体教学中,立足学生的个性差异,满足不同学生的学习需要,促进每个学生最大限度的发展。在初中英语教学中,越来越多的教师开始尝试差异化教学模式,利用各种调查问卷或者测试,对学生进行分组教学。本文凭借个人在初中英语教学中的经验,就初中英语差异化教学实施的现状进行描述,并分析实施过程中出现的难题,试图找到提高初中英语差异化教学的有效途径。
Hua Guodong pointed out in “Differentiated Teaching Theory” that collective teaching should focus on individual differences of students to meet the learning needs of different students and promote the maximum development of each student. In junior high school English teaching, more and more teachers begin to try differentiated teaching mode, using various questionnaires or tests to classify students. Based on the experience of individuals in junior high school English teaching, this article describes the status quo of junior high school English teaching of differences and analyzes the difficulties in the process of implementation, trying to find an effective way to improve junior high school English teaching.
