汉、日语中存在大量的同形汉字词,同形汉字词的研究不仅可以排除母语的干扰,同时还可以阐述两国语言文化的交流、发展的历史。因此对汉日同形词的词源等做出科学的解释是非常有意义的。本文通过考察发现“意思”一词原为中日流向的汉字词,后来又作为日本引进翻译西学时的新译词出现,接下来又通过《大清民律草案》的制定传入中国,但未成为法律用语,只是以“意思表示”一表达形式存在于我国法律条文中。
There are a large number of homographs of Chinese characters in Chinese and Japanese, and the study of homophones can not only eliminate the interference of native speakers, but also elaborate the history of the exchanges and development of language and culture between the two countries. Therefore, it is very significant to make a scientific explanation of the etymology of Chinese and Japanese homographs. Through the investigation, we find that the word “meaning” was originally used as the Chinese word that flows between China and Japan, and then appears as the new translated word when Japan introduced the translation of Western Learning, and then passed the formulation of “Draft of the Qing Civilics” China, but it has not become a legal language, but only exists in the legal provisions of our country in the form of “meaning ” expression.
