呋喃丹是氨基甲酸酯类神经毒剂农药,市售为3%褐红色颗粒剂。本药杀虫谱广,治虫效率高,但对人畜毒力也很大,工业品LD_(50)仅11mg/kg。在人体内吸收及代谢均很快,侵入人体后可迅速出现毒性反应,重症病例尤其是大量经口中毒者,若救治疏忽,易致死亡。我院于1982年4月至1984年10月收治6例经口急性重症呋喃丹中毒,特综合报告(表1～2)。讨论:1.3%呋喃丹颗粒剂对大鼠的口服
