针对机电类专业综合性特征较强,学生职业能力不突出的问题,提出了一种以能力为本位构建课程方案体系的过程,依托校企双主体,通过机床、自动线和电梯三类职业方向柔性设置模块化课程体系,课程体系按照文化基础平台+专业基础平台+专业方向平台模式结合全过程、四层次、八环节的实践模式,通过产品生产流程主轴线安排教学内容。课程方案体现“宽基础+活模块”特征,真正培养具有机电综合能力素质的人才。
Aiming at the problem that the comprehensive specialty of electromechanical specialty is strong and students’ professional abilities are not outstanding, this paper puts forward a process of constructing curriculum scheme system based on competency-based teaching. Relying on the dual subject of school-enterprise, through three types of occupational flexibility: machine tool, automatic line and elevator Set up a modular curriculum system, the curriculum system in accordance with the basic culture platform + professional platform + professional direction of the platform model combined with the whole process, four levels, eight links practice mode, through the production process of the main axis of teaching content. Curriculum reflects “wide base + live module ” characteristics, truly cultivate a comprehensive ability with mechanical and electrical quality personnel.
