目前,国内生产中、小型金属面天线的常用工艺方法仍然是传统的爆炸成形法、水压成形法和气压成形法。这几种方法的成形原理是使平板毛坯在外力作用下按照芯模的内型面产生塑性变形。显然,这就需要一套精度较高的模具,无论从成本上还是从生产周期上都是一个很大的负担。而用爆炸成形法,工人露天作业,劳动强度大,不安全因素多。水压法和气压法所能达到的精度又不能令人满意。我们根据具体条件,进行了船用1.2米抛物面天线反射面的无模旋压成形工艺试验。产品图如图1所示。
Currently, the domestic production of small and medium metal surface antenna commonly used method is still the traditional explosion forming method, hydroforming and pressure forming. The forming principle of these methods is to make the slab blank undergo plastic deformation under the action of external force according to the inner profile of the core mold. Obviously, this requires a set of precision molds, both in terms of cost and production cycle is a big burden. With the explosion forming method, workers open-air operations, labor-intensive, insecure and more. Hydraulic and pneumatic methods can not achieve the accuracy of unsatisfactory. According to the specific conditions, we conducted a model-free spinning process test for the 1.2 m parabolic antenna reflector. Product Figure shown in Figure 1.
