目的:探讨灵芪胶囊对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠外周血肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)表达的影响。方法:给接种S_(180)肉瘤细胞小鼠分别灌服高、中、低剂量的灵芪胶囊及阳性对照药复方环磷酰胺后,采用ELISA法检测S_(180)荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF-α含量。结果:灵芪胶囊高、中剂量组与复方环磷酰胺模型对照组比较,S_(180)荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF-α含量明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:灵芪胶囊能够增加荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF-α含量,为其在临床应用提供了一定的实验和理论依据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Lingqi Capsule on the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in peripheral blood of S 180-bearing mice. METHODS: After inoculating mice with S_(180) sarcoma cells with high-, middle-, and low-dose Lingbi capsules and the positive control compound cyclophosphamide respectively, ELISA was used to detect peripheral blood TNF in S 180-bearing mice. -α content. RESULTS: Compared with compound cyclophosphamide model control group, the content of TNF-α in peripheral blood of S 180-bearing mice increased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: Lingqi Capsule can increase the content of TNF-α in peripheral blood of tumor-bearing mice, which provides a certain experimental and theoretical basis for its clinical application.
