随着人才竞争日益激烈,人才工作的地位也越发重要,呈现出强劲发展态势,构建人才工作评价指标体系是推动人才工作科学化、制度化的战略选择。通过理论联系实际,构建人才工作评价指标体系,希望能为人才工作评价实践提供一定的借鉴和参考。
With the increasingly fierce competition for talent, the status of talent work is becoming more and more important, showing a strong momentum of development. Establishing an index system for evaluation of personnel work is a strategic choice to promote scientific and institutionalized personnel work. Through the combination of theory with practice, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of talent work, hoping to provide some reference and reference for the evaluation of talent work.
