图书馆的发展离不开人,人力资源是图书馆资源中最具有动力性的因素。因此,网络环境下的图书馆更需要知识型人才,他们是科学技术主要的承载者、图书馆真正的财富。知识型人才以其科学技术知识、能力来调控与图书馆其他资源的相互作用,物化为现实的社会生产力,进而影响图书馆事业进一步的发展。因此,本文探讨了网络环境下图书馆知识型人才的管理模式,并以此为基础分析对知识型人才如何进行激励、绩效等方面的管理。
Library development can not be separated from human resources is the most dynamic resource in library resources. Therefore, libraries in the network environment need more knowledgeable talents. They are the main bearers of science and technology and the real wealth of the library. Knowledge-based personnel with its scientific and technological knowledge and ability to regulate and interact with other resources of the library materialized as the reality of social productivity, thus affecting the further development of the library. Therefore, this paper explores the management mode of library knowledge-based talents under the network environment, and based on this, analyzes how to manage knowledge-based talents in terms of motivation and performance.
