中科院西双版纳热带植物园土壤生态研究组肖海峰等人利用土壤线虫作为指示生物,通过对其群落的鉴定和一系列的生态指数的计算,比较和评估了纳板河流域、勐仑植物园等几个位点的不同橡胶种植模式下长期种植(15—20年)后对土壤生态系统的影响。线虫成熟度指数表征了橡胶种植导致土壤质量不同程度的退化,一些高c-p值的稀有线虫在单一橡胶种植模式中的丧失为保护地下生物多样性敲响了警钟。鉴于土壤线虫在土壤养分
