研究了用氟化钙污泥和赤泥两种固体废弃物共同烧结制砖,通过烧结后产物的氟离子去除率、铬离子去除率、抗压强度3个指标来评价烧结产物的性能。实验结果表明:当氟化钙污泥与赤泥的配比为1∶1,铝灰的添加量为7.7%,粘结剂的添加量为7.7%,烧结温度在1 000℃时的烧结效果最佳,此时对应的氟离子去除率为96.28%,铬离子去除率为89.49%,抗压强度为13.40 MPa,适合做基础路面铺建材料。
In this paper, two kinds of solid waste, calcium fluoride sludge and red mud, were co-sintered to produce brick. The properties of sintered products were evaluated by three indexes of fluoride ion removal rate, chromium ion removal rate and compressive strength after sintering. The experimental results show that when the ratio of calcium fluoride sludge to red mud is 1: 1, the amount of aluminum ash is 7.7%, the amount of binder is 7.7% and the sintering temperature is 1 000 ℃ The best, at this time the corresponding fluoride ion removal rate of 96.28%, chromium ion removal rate of 89.49%, compressive strength of 13.40 MPa, suitable for pavement paving materials.
