一、1982隼1至4月天气特点 我州1982年冬春天气具有明显的两大特点:一是春雨较好,二是冬温稍偏高,初春升温快,四月气温骤降。 1.春雨较好且分布均匀,见表一。全州1—4月总雨量110—200毫米。少雨中心的景洪比历年同期(105毫米)偏多20毫米,比特大春旱的79、80两年同期多两倍半,除勐龙偏少外,勐腊、勐海接近正常。从各月雨量分布看,一月正常稍偏少,二月景洪、勐海特多,降了中大雨,勐腊、勐龙正常偏少。三月因多强劲西风急流控制。全州偏少到特少,当进入农业生产关键性的四月则全州雨量正常到偏多,虽不能与特多年份相比拟,但却具有雨量分布均匀的特点。所以雨量的有效性高,经济效益大。多集中在旱作早播和橡
